Parking available, but you need to walk 3 or 4 minutes. Not bad at all. There is no pool, but there is a gym, continental breakfast is available. Staff members were very friendly. I would stay there again! Maybe we were just lucky but our room was clean and the AC worked perfectly. The ice machine also was in full order and snacks were somewhat regularly refilled. The few engagements we had with staff were super kind. Plus the location of course. We got somewhat of a last minute deal so I can see ppl paying a lot more feeling frustrated w lack of expected amenities.Publicado en Christina SbTrustindex verifica que la fuente original de la reseña sea Google. The rooms were okay but you can't expect 5 star rooms at a 3 star hotel. But for the price I thought it was kind of good. The staff were all pretty friendly. There's security all day and night and the area is pretty tourist safe. The room is okay. The bed and pillow are comfortable. The room cleanliness is okay but the housekeeping do come most of the days and if you need new sheets or towels you can call down and request them. The view is spectacular and I love that there's a balcony overlooking the water. Don't expect much for breakfast. There's like toast, cereal, and muffins. There's a small beach next to the Caribe Hilton hotel down the street that you can walk to. There's a few restaurants near by and a small convenience store close but watch out for the prices because sometimes they try to charge more or different prices. I bought a can of ginger ale one day it was 1.75 and the next day they tried charging 2.75 👀🤔. The reception of the hotel is on the second floor it was a little confusing since Security walked away for a second when we first got there and we didn't understand how to check in but luckily a guest was walking pass and told us you had to take the elevator to the second floor. Check in was simple. The hotel for the most part was always really quiet. If like us the final day you have a cruise but have to check out by 11 of the hotel and your cruise appointment isn't until 4pm they will hold your luggage if you ask. The cruise port is like a 10/15 minute ride away from the hotel. It was pretty close. The hotel is close to old San juan also. It took our Uber like 10 or 15 mins to get there depending on traffic. All in all I had a pretty good experience.Carga más
